Vendor grievances, concerns and complaints. 

Vendors that have a complaint about other vendors or the management team can take the following steps to resolve the situation:

 

1    Email the market manager (manager@banffmarket.ca) and or the market society president (seejoanna@yahoo.ca)                  2    The management team will gather information, investigate and decide if the situation should be brought before the board       

3    The management team and or the board of directors will attempt to resolve the situation                                                    

4    If the complaint is about the management team the board of directors will gather information and investigate then take          appropriate action
